Commentary
This scene taken from chapter number four shows Ushiwaka (Yoshitsune) playing his flute on Gojô Bridge in Kyoto with Benkei behind him. From the series Heroic Comparisons for the Chapters of Genji (Buyu Nazorae Genji). [Text prepared for exhibition- FromTtheatre and Teahouse (2007)]
